Lynn Franklin Setler 1950-2021 Obituary
Lynn Franklin Setler, age 71 years, a resident of Elkins, WV departed this life Friday, September 17, 2021 at his home.
He was born Tuesday, June 13, 1950 to Donald L. Setler and Helen McDermott Setler in Grafton, West Virginia. Lynn was a graduate of Grafton High School with the Class of 1968. He attended WVU and was a graduate of Fairmont State College. He served in the US Army from 1969-1973. After military service, Lynn worked in Fire and Rescue Service and then in the Hospitality Industry until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his father and his sister Rebecca Setler. Lynn is survived by his mother and his sister Donna Setler both of Newport, Ohio, his nephew Patrick Hanlon of Reston, Virginia and his niece Rachel Hanlon and her husband Greg Fleeman of Lowell, Ohio as well as cousins and many friends.
Due to COVID, there will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held at the West Virginia National Cemetery at Grafton, WV at a later date.
