Linda S. Ammerman 1954-2003 Obituary
Linda Sue Ammerman, 48, a resident of 103 Central St., Elkins, passed away Thursday afternoon, March 13, 2003, at her home.
She was born Sept. 25, 1954, at Elkins, a daughter of the late Roy Lee and Roeta Virginia Collier McCauley.
Surviving are two sons, Edward John Ammerman of Brownsville, N.J., and Keith Eric Ammerman of Elkins. Also surviving are five brothers, Kenneth Wayne McCauley of Sayreville, N.J., Richard Franklin McCauley and Leonard Ray McCauley, both of Elkins, Leroy Steven McCauley of Old Bridge, N.J., and Stanley Junior McCauley of San Jose, Calif.; and six sisters, Brenda Jean Collier of Elkins, Barbara Jean Crosier of Shenandoah, Va., Carol Ann Papi of Edison, N.J., Norma Jane Piaggio of Spotswood, N.J., Helen Fay McCauley of Sayreville, N.J., and Debbie Lynn McCauley of Helmetta, N.J.
Linda was employed as a deli clerk for Krogers and was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local No. 400. She enjoyed playing bingo.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow at the Maplewood Cemetery. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Linda Sue McCauley Ammerman.
