Timothy “Timbo” Keith Collins, 53, a resident of Mill Creek, passed from this life Wednesday, August 11, 2021. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected.
Tim was born Tuesday, July 30, 1968, in Elkins, a son of Philmore Keith Collins and Deloris Estelle Howell Collins of Adolph. On November 7, 1992, in Mill Creek, he married the former Kelly Ford who survives at home.
Also left to cherish his memory are two children, Whitney Warner and husband Gary of Boyer, Joshua Collins of Mill Creek, five grandchildren, Gunner, Aubrey, Bailey, Avery, Owen, and a granddaughter arriving in December, two siblings, Steven Ray Collins and wife Cathy of Valley Bend, Debbie Barrickman and husband Tom of Mill Creek, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, three sisters in law, Teri Howell and husband Bruce, Sheri Baker and husband Chip, Kerri Carr and husband Kelly, two brothers in law, Chuck Ford and wife Sheila, Matt Ford and Marcus Blankenship, in-laws, Charles and Loretta Ford of Mill Creek, four individuals that he treated as if they were his own, Kevin Watson, Jordan Hammonds, Frankie Kitzmiller, Tara Warner, and a multitude of others to whom he opened his home.

Tim attended the schools of Randolph County and obtained his GED. He was employed as a truck driver for HWM Truck Lines and was currently working at the Carter Roag mine. Tim coached football and softball at Tygart’s Valley when his children were younger. One of his favorite things to do was to sit on the porch with his parents. He would sit there all day if you’d let him. But most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Tim was a good Christian man who volunteered countless hours to several local organizations and to anyone in need. He was a devoted son, husband, father, and friend.
Visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Tuesday, August 17, 2021, from 11 am until 1 pm, the funeral hour. Rev. Randy Long will officiate and interment will follow in Brick Church Cemetery in Huttonsville.
