David Charles Snider 1937-2021 Obituary
David Charles Snider, 84, a resident of Montrose, passed from this life Monday, December 27, 2021, at Davis Medical Center in Elkins.
David was born Wednesday, September 8, 1937, in Philippi.
He was a son of the late William Perry Snider and Irene Bohon Snider. On December 20, 1957, at Oakland MD, he was married to Delphia Amie who preceded him in death, January 26, 2019.
David is survived by two sons, David Snider and wife Tammy, Danny Snider, and a daughter, Debbie Dumire.
Also left to cherish his memory is one brother George Snider, Jr., and wife Sissy, two granddaughters, Brittany Collette and husband Nathan, Mellissa Mahanes and husband Bobby. Also surviving are five great grandchildren, Bryton Bennett, Kelsey, Dylan, Aubree and Devin Mahanes, three nieces, Kate, Donna June, and Lidia Reed, and cousins Bob and Bruce Horton.
Preceding him in death besides his parents and wife is one brother, George Snider, Sr., and three half-brothers, Junior, Kenny, and Woody Reed and one sister-in-law, Donna Reed.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 31, 2021, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Hostetler Funeral Home,
