Shirley Elizabeth Pritt 1940-2022 Obituary
Shirley Elizabeth Pritt Lawson, 81 of Woodstock, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022, in Beverly Cemetery in West Virginia. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at Dellinger Funeral Homes, Woodstock.
Shirley was born on Oct. 1, 1940, in Beverly, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Donald and Bessie Kerns Pritt.
Shirley served as a volunteer at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed square dancing with “Dance Just for Fun” for many years. She loved living in the Shenandoah Valley with her family and many friends.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Simmons.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Hendricks and wife, Terry, Ryan Hendricks and Raymond Hendricks; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister, Erma Wright; and three brothers, Richard “Dick” Pritt, Jimmy Pritt and Kenny Pritt.
Arrangements are in the care of Dellinger Funeral Homes, Woodstock.
