Joy Vance Bowers, 81, of Baltimore, Md., and formerly of Onego, died Monday, Jan. 27, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Md.
Friends will be received at Schaeffer Funeral Home Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Onego Church of the Brethren.
Interment will follow at North Fork Memorial Cemetery at Riverton.
