Nora Anderson 1902-2003 Obituary
Nora Anderson, 101, of 200 Days Drive, Sutton, and formerly of Hacker Valley, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003, at Braxton Health Care Center in Sutton, following an extended illness.
She was born Jan. 1, 1902, at Replete, a daughter of the late George and Alice Barbe Jordan.
She was married to Willie Anderson who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Billy Anderson of Lawton, Okla., and Forest Anderson of French Creek; one daughter, Gloria Lanton of New Brighton, Pa.; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Perry Anderson; and two infant sons.
She was a homemaker and a Methodist.
Friends will be received at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Wednesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Cecil Williams of Hacker Valley officiating.
Interment will follow in Anderson Family Cemetery at Replete.
