Charles Curtis Curt Wilson 1931-2003 Obituary
Charles Curtis “Curt” Wilson, 71, passed away Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles D. Wilson and Minnie B. Harris-Wilson; first wife, Elma Rose Cochran-Wilson; second wife, Clara Mae Mook-Wilson; brothers, Robert Wayne Wilson and Leonard Gail Wilson.
He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Judy (Steve) Hutto of Charlotte, N.C., Nancy (Jay) Ramey of Waldorf, Md., Diana (George) Bryant of Monroe, N.C., and Kelly (Craig) Howard of Maryville, Tenn.; son, Charles Douglas Wilson of Dayton, Ohio; three brothers, Joseph H. Wilson of Akron, Francis C. Wilson of Belington, and Richard L. Wilson of Belington; grandchildren, Kim, Caren, Jay, Lynn, Jessica, Michael, Kristy, Mary, Sara, Katie, and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Missourie and Sarah; and five stepdaughters, Vickie, Gracie, Susie, Lorri, and Dee Dee.
Friends and family may call on Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Further visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Schoonover – Stemple Funeral Chapel, 609 Crim Ave. in his hometown of Belington, where services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. F.L. “Wink” McQuain will officiate and interment will follow in the Concord Cemetery, near Belington.
