Sonny Lee Wyatt 1976-2003 Obituary
Sonny Lee Wyatt, 26, of Route 1, Belington, was pronounced dead on arrival at Broaddus Hospital in Philippi on Friday, Aug. 22, 2003. Death was attributed to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born Nov. 24, 1976, at Grafton, the son of Ronald E. Wyatt, who survives at Route 1, Thornton, and Lois Ann Alexander Wyatt, who survives at Route 1, Moatsville.
On Aug. 25, 2001, he married the former Robin Lynn Wilson, who survives at Route 1, Belington.
Also surviving are two brothers, Ronnie McCumbers and wife, Pamela, of Grafton, and Ricky McCumbers and wife, Tina, of Belington; and four nieces and nephews.
Mr. Wyatt was a logger and was a partner in Laurel Point Logging. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed tournament billiards and riding motorcycles and four-wheel all-terrain vehicles.
Friends may call at the Schoonover-Stemple Funeral Chapel in Belington from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, when funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Gene Carey and Pastor David Shelton will officiate and interment will follow in the Cross Roads Cemetery at Tacy. The Schoonover-Stemple Funeral Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
