Richard W. Arbogast 1936-2003 Obituary
Richard William Arbogast, 67, of Green Bank, passed away Thursday, Aug. 7, 2003, at Davis Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Currence was born May 5, 1936, in Mill Creek, the son of the late Rubert and Alice Currence Arbogast.
He was employed by Howes Leather Co. for 27 years and retired from Inter-State Hardwoods.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Wilma Lee Arbogast.
Also surviving are two sons, Michael Arbogast and wife, Lori, of Franklin, and Gregory Arbogast and wife, Kim, of Mill Creek; five grandchildren, Nikki and Nicholas, both of Franklin, Jacob of Franklin, and Morgan and Ashley of Mill Creek; one sister, Jessie Lambert and husband, Leonard, of Arbovale; and one brother, Jacob Arbogast and wife, Linda, of Cherry Grove.
He also leaves behind a special brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Williams of Kerens; numerous nieces and nephews and a lot of friends.
He was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale where funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Jim Waldren will officiate and interment will follow in the Mill Creek Cemetery. The Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale is in charge of the arrangements.
