Forrest Julian “Sam” Berg, 75, of Maysville, died Monday, Oct. 20, 2003, at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Schaeffer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Maysville Bible Brethren Church.
