Agnes M. Beswarick 1917-2003 Obituary
Agnes M. Beswarick, 85, of Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon, died Saturday, May 10, 2003, in Fairmont General Hospital in Fairmont.
She was born May 23, 1917, in Allegany, Md., a daughter of the late Augustus and Rose Burkey Logsdon.
She was thrice married. First, she married Jake Maxson; second, she married Ira Jay Rhodes; and third she married John Beswarick, all of whom preceded her in death.
Surviving are one brother, Raymond J. Logsdon, Tampa, Fla.; and two friends, Lois Serrine and Gary Mallonee, both of Buckhannon.
She was a cook at the Upshur County Jail. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
Friends will be received at Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Rock Cave Cemetery at Rock Cave.
