Charles E. Bilyard, 82, of Durbin, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2003, at his home in Durbin.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Arbovale Annex Cemetery in Arbovale with Pastor Stewart Pepper officiating. Interment will follow. Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale is in charge of the arrangements.
