Darrell P. Cable 1959-2003 Obituary
Darrell Phillip Cable, 43, of HC 36, Box 276A, Tallmansville, died Thursday, June 12, 2003, at his home.
He was born July 28, 1959, in Lexington, Ky., a son of Robert and Chulita D. Cable of Buckhannon, and Betty Upchurch Cable of Muncie, Inc.
On Oct. 1, 1989, he married Sheila Rena Russell Cable, who survives in Tallmansville.
Also surviving are one son, Aaron Phillip Cable, Tallmansville; one daughter, Sheena Racquel Cable, Tallmansville; four brothers, Robert Cable and wife, Jill J., Buckhannon, Kenneth Cable and wife, Brenda W., Charlotte, N.C., Christopher Cable and wife, Vonda, Elkins, and Tracy Eugene Cable, Bridgeport; two sisters, Teresa Martin and husband, Paul, New York, and Angela Murphy and husband, Tim, Fairmont; paternal grandmother, Margaret Cable, Zachariah, Ky.; one stepbrother, Thomas Bush, Indiana; two stepsisters, Charlotte Bush and Laura Baker, both of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph Cable.
He worked for 84 Lumber. He was a trustee of Cutright Chapel and a member of Franklin Lodge 7 AF & AM.
He was a member of Cutright Chapel.
Friends will be received at Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home today from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On Sunday, he will be moved to Cutright Chapel, where friends may call from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., the funeral hour.
The Rev. Bradley Tenney and the Rev. Don Butcher will officiate. Interment will follow in Cutright Chapel Cemetery in Queens.
Gravesite rites will be performed by Franklin Lodge No. 7 AF & AM.
