Edith K. Pennington 1909-2000 Obituary
Edith K. Pennington, 90, of Thomas, died Feb. 6, 2000, in Cortland Acres Nursing Home at Thomas.
Ms. Pennington was born Nov. 8, 1909 , at Lanesville, a daughter of the late George and Maudie Collins Roy.
Surviving are four sons, Dale Pennington, Dry Fork, Joe Donald Pennington, Baltimore, Md., Forest Pennington, Terra Alta, and Roy Pennington, Dry Fork; 17 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy; five brothers and two sisters.
Ms. Pennington was a homemaker.
Friends will be received at Dry Fork Assembly of God Church today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be at the church Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Sister Alice Davis officiating.
Interment will follow in Bonner Mt. Cemetery.
