James H. Kerans Jr.
Graveside rites for James H. Kerans Jr., who died Dec. 14, 2001, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Heavner Cemetery, Buckhannon. VFW Post 3663 will present the honor guard.
Mr. Kerans is survived by his wife, Lorene George Kerans; one son, James Kerans III and wife, Brenda, of Williamsport, Pa.; one grandson, James Kerans IV of Boston, Mass; and one granddaughter Kelley and husband, Ben Lyngaard of Rodchester, Minn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests bequeaths be made to VFW Post 3663, Buckhannon, or Hospice at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 1 Amalia Drive, Buckhannon, earmarked for the Alzheimer’s Group.
