Edgar Keith Armentrout 1940-2001 Obituary
Edgar Keith Armentrout, 61, of Alexandria, Va., died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, in Levindale Hebrew Convalescent Center in Baltimore, Md.
Mr. Armentrout was born May 4, 1940, in Elkins, a son of Hubert and Helen Campbell Armentrout, who survive in Elkins.
He married Vonda LeAnne Armentrout, who preceded him in death.
Also surviving are a son, Kevin Armentrout, Alexandria, Va.; a daughter, Kelly Armentrout, Alexandria, Va.; two brothers, Kent Armentrout and wife, Carol, Elkins, and Jerry Armentrout, Dayton, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Armentrout was a 1958 graduate of Elkins High School and attended West Virginia University and Davis & Elkins College
He was self-employed in the road construction business, being owner or partner in two businesses.
He attended the First Assembly of God Church of Alexandria, Va.
FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS: Friends may call at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Harry Wachsmuth officiating.
Entombment will follow in Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Elkins.
