Blanche Lazzell 1918-2001 Obituary
Blanche Lillian Lazzell, 83 of Lazzell-Union Road, Maidsville, died Oct. 2 at home.
She was born Feb. 5, 1918, in Parsons, a duaghter of the late Clarence and Clara Pennington Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert C. Lazell.
She is survived by two brothers, Herbert and William Wilson of Tucker county, a sister, Hazel Poling of Tucker County; several nieces and nephews.
She worked at West Virginia University Housekeeping Department at the Medical Center and a member of the former Bethel United Methodist Church.
Friends were received at McCulla Funeral Home, Westover, where final rites were held Oct. 5. Burial followed at Beverly Hills Cemetery.
