Bette Lipscomb 1930-2001 Obituary
Bette Lee Lipscomb, 70, Davis, died July 31, at home.
Born Nov. 24, 1930, in Kempton, she was a daughter of the late Peter andNettie Paugh Novallis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vander Lipscomb.
Survivors include a son, Larry Lipscomb, Friendsville; a sister, Marie Smigal, Davis; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Terry and Mason Lipscomb; two brothers Marvin and Tommy Lipscomb, and two sister, Clara Novallis and Margaret Skotniskie.
Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home, Oakland, where a service was conducted August 3, with the Rev. Roger Harrison officiating. Interment followed in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
