Beulah Forte 1925-2003 Obituary
Mrs. Beulah Mae (Rexrode) Forte, 78, of Maysville, died Dec. 29, at the home of her son, Joseph A. Forte, Westminster, Md.
Born Nov. 19, 1925, in Maysville, she was the daughter of the late Burtrude and Lottie (Burgess) Rexrode.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd Rexrode and Ollie Rexrode; and four sisters, Sudie Dettinburn, Edna Turner, Bessie Kimble and Delores Werner.
She was the last member of her immediate family. Mrs. Forte was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Baltimore.
She was a member of VFW Post 6454 Ladies Auxiliary, Petersburg. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ray J. Forte; three sons, Joseph A. Forte and wife Pat of Westminster, Michael C. Forte and wife Mary Jo of Baltimore and Barry N. Forte of Charlottesville, Va.; one granddaughter, Penny Barrueto and husband Walter of Hampstead, Md.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Jan 2., at the Schaeffer Funeral Home chapel, Petersburg, with interment was in Maysville Cemetery, Maysville.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Schaeffer Funeral Home where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday.
