Sharon R. Frame 1939-2003 Obituary
Sharon R. Frame, 64, of Frametown, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2003, at her home.
She was born March 24, 1939, in Gilmer County, the daughter of the late Trader B. and Thelma Ferrell Tallman.
She was an employee of the Braxton County Board of Education, the owner and operator of Sharon’s Store, a mail carrier, and a member of the Rosedale United Methodist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
She was instrumental in starting the Frametown Volunteer Fire Department, was involved in the Foster Grandparent Program, was a member of the Woman’s Club of Gassaway and served on the Braxton County Senior Citizens Committee.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Norman L. Frame; two sons, Scott Frame of Morgantown and Brian Frame of Frametown; one daughter, Stephanie Frame of Huttonsville; one brother, Paul W. “Bill” Tallman of Wilsie; four sisters, Connie Heintzman of Sistersville, Charlotte Allen of Leroy, Carol Kimble of Glenville and Tamara Pritt of Kenova; three grandchildren, Brianna Ruth “Pippi” Frame, Leah Christine Frame and Jason Patrick Frame; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel F. Tallman.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Richard M. Roach Funeral Home in Gassaway with the Rev. Rich Demastus officiating.
