Aimee L. Everson 1977-2003 Obituary
Aimee Lynn Vest Everson, 26, of Belington, died early Saturday morning, Nov. 29, 2003, as a result of injuries received in a single-vehicle accident in Belington.
She was born Aug. 8, 1977, at Elkins, the daughter of Steven Lynn Vest, who survives in the Jimtown community, and Pamela Sue Trusler
James, who survives at St. Petersburg, Fla.; and the stepdaughter of Vincent James of St. Petersburg, Fla.
Also surviving are two children, Ricky Joe Everson and Caitlyn Victoria Sue Everson, both at home; her maternal grandparents, Veldon “Joe” and Ernestine “Tina” Trusler McDonald of Belington; five uncles, Kenny Vest, Junior Vest and wife, Wanda, John Vest and wife, Bobbie, Jimmy Vest and wife, Frieda, and Paul Thorne; four aunts, Paula White and husband, Terry, Rachelle White, Kimberly Mullenex and husband, Donnie, and Misty Ware and husband, Tommy.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Jacob Vest and Eugene Gibson Vest Thorne; paternal great-grandparents, Martin and Flora Swick Vest and Taswell and Edna Lanham Gibson; maternal great-grandparents, Cecil and Ethel Weese McDonald and Homer and Mona Himes Trusler; and by an uncle, Willis White.
Ms. Everson was a graduate of Philip Barbour High School. She was employed as a cook and waitress at Jamone’s in Junior.
She was a loving mother, daughter and granddaughter and will be sadly missed by everyone she touched.
Friends may call at the Schoonover-Stemple Funeral Chapel in Belington from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Tuesday, when funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. F.L. “Wink” McQuain officiating. Interment will follow in the Stringtown Cemetery. The family requests memorials in the form of contributions to an education fund for the benefit of her children, Ricky Joe and Caitlyn Victoria Everson, in care of Paula White of Belington. Schoonover-Stemple Funeral Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
