Patty L. Jack, 89, of Buckhannon, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, at her home.
She was born Nov. 26, 1927, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Ralph A. and Katherine I. Wamsley Tenney.
On Dec. 8, 1956, she married Nathaniel Jack, who preceded her in death on June 11, 1995.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Ralph W. Jack.
Surviving are three daughters, Karen Beatty and husband Sam of Florida, Nan Gaudet of Colonial Heights, Virginia, and Betsey Gregory and husband Paul of Amelia, Virginia; one granddaughter, Tanya Jack and Stacey Smith; six grandchildren; and a special great-granddaughter, Madison Paige Jack of Buckhannon.
Mrs. Jack was a desk clerk at the Centennial Motel, a member of the First Baptist Church in Buckhannon and a member of the Tri Sigma Sorority.
A graveside service will be held in the Heavner Cemetery at a later date.
