It would be great to use a real thermometer, but might be a little hard to find in the digital age
In 1962, the author thought it was important to label the slide ‘Made in U.S.A.’ – I would have expected that movement to start about 10 years later, kind of highlights the difference between living thru events and looking back at events years later
W Ben Hunt created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle names, and published articles under all three name – Ben Hunt wrote 2-4 articles per month for Boy’s Life, and I think he created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle to make is seem like there were multiple authors writing the articles
