A very different looking slide, but a great woodcarving project
Whittlin Jim did not know what to call it, so he named it after the country it was from
This would a great beginners project, they would learn a lot carving this
but intermediate wood carving would also learn a lot from this project
W Ben Hunt created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle names, and published articles under all three name – Ben Hunt wrote 2-4 articles per month for Boy’s Life, and I think he created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle to make is seem like there were multiple authors writing the articles
