Luther L. Peck, Jr., 73, of Elkins and formerly of Franklin, passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, at his home.
His body has been cremated.
Inurnment will be at Thorn Creek Memorial Gardens near Franklin.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.
