Victor George Kesner, 91, of Petersburg, passed away Tuesday at Piney Valley Rehabilitation & Care Center in Keyser.
Graveside service will be Thursday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. in Lahmansville Cemetery.
Schaeffer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
