Doris L. Skidmore Channel Obituary 1932-2012
Doris L. Skidmore Channell, 80, a resident of Chesapeake, Va., departed this life Friday, Dec. 27, 2012, in Chesapeake Regional Hospital following a brief illness.
She was the daughter of the late Joe and Inez Lipscomb Skidmore.
She was a resident of Valley Head for many years and was a graduate of Tygarts Valley High School.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Kenneth N. Channell; three children; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Suffolk, Va.
