Lyndel Sue Pishner McQuain Obituary 1941-2013
Mrs. Lyndel Sue Pishner McQuain, 71, a resident of Felton Street, Belington, departed this life April 14, 2013 in Davis Memorial Hospital at Elkins following a brief illness.
She was born May 10, 1941, at Junior, a daughter of the late Lewis and Mary Bibey Pishner.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Wilson and husband, the Rev. Gary Wilson, of Lebanon Tenn.; three grandchildren, Noah and Abigail Wilson, both of Lebanon, Tenn., and Ahsha McQuain of Prattville, Ala.; one sister, Shirley Percival of Arlington, Va.; and a special friend and caregiver, Madelyn Phillips.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Michael McQuain; one daughter, Sherrina Lea McQuain; one brother, Marvin Pishner; and one sister, Melva Jo Pishner.
Mrs. McQuain attended the schools of Barbour County and retired from the Barbour County schools system as a cook and attended Weaver Church of the Nazarene.
Friends will be received from Talbott Funeral Home, 210 Brandenburg St. in Belington today from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and again Wednesday from 8 to 11 a.m. the funeral hour when services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Johnny P. Williams II officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillyard Cemetery near Junior.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Hillyard Cemetery, P.O. Box 352, Junior, WV 26275.
