Friends will be received at Talbott Funeral Home in Belington from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday until noon, the funeral hour, when services will be conducted from the funeral home parlor with the Rev. F.L. “Wink” McQuain officiating. Interment will follow in Concord Cemetery at Belington. The Talbott Funeral Home in Belington is in charge of the arrangements of Mr. James Edward “Jim” Wilson.
