Millie M. Bailor, 82, a resident of Mill Creek, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 30, 2002, in Davis Memorial Hospital.
She was born Feb. 2, 1920, at Mill Creek, a daughter of the late Jack and Margaret Pritt Martin.
On Aug. 28, 1945, in Oakland, Md., she was married to William D. Bailor, who preceded her in death on April 6, 1992.
She is survived by one son, Calvin J. Bailor and wife, Marlyn, of Mill Creek; one daughter, Mrs. LeRoy T. (Margaret) McCollam of Mill Creek; four brothers, John, Delmar, Nip and Joe Martin, all of Mill Creek; three sisters, Caroline Gear, Sue Poling and Alphie Currence, all of Mill Creek; six grandchildren, Nicole Woods, Belinda Wiseman, Lisa Bailor, Kimberly Arbogast, Crystal Bailor and LeRoy McCollam Jr.; two stepgrandchildren, Diane Currence and Calvin Posey; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were one brother, Howard Martin; one sister, Orphie Magee and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Bailor was a homemaker.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. On Saturday, she will be moved to the Memorial Mission Church at Mill Creek for visitation from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the funeral hour. The Rev. Frank Long will officiate and interment will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery. The Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Millie M. Bailor.
