Tommy Wayne Gum, 29, of 19 Locust Drive, Buckhannon, died Monday, Aug. 5, 2002, at his home in Buckhannon.
He was born Nov. 18, 1972, in Webster Springs, a son of Shirley Lough McQuain, who survives at Williamstown, and the late Johnny Gum.
On Dec. 27, 1990, he married Linda Godfrey Gum, who survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Chelsea Gum, Buckhannon; one brother, Johnny Gum, Buckhannon; five sisters, Kathy Hardesty, Frametown, Connie Gibson, Marietta, Ohio, Donna Marks, Buckhannon, Bonnie Postelwait, Baltimore, Md., and Shirley Mollohan, Marietta, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a plant manager for J.G. Enterprises.
Friends will be received at Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home today from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Friday at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Rock Cave Cemetery at Rock Cave.
