Charlotte L. Booth, 64, a resident of Philippi, passed away at 7:38 a.m. Friday, May 3, 2002, in the Davis Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 14, 1937, in Barbour County, the daughter of the late Hersel and Gladys Mackey Casto.
She was united in marriage on Sept. 14, 1957, to Junior L. “Bud” Booth, who survives.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly Fetter and husband, Shawn, Belington; two sisters, Hope Casto, Philippi, and Jackie Jones and husband, Richard, Belington; one brother, Paul Casto and wife, Betty, Elkins; and one grandson, Kelby Fetter, Belington.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Kathleen Casto and Kay Smith.
Mrs. Booth was employed as a nurse’s aide at Broaddus Hospital with 23 years of service. She was also a homemaker.
She was a member of the Indian Fork EUB Church.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home, 216 N. Walnut St., Philippi, after 2 p.m. today. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Sunday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dennis Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
