Debra “Debbie” Elizabeth Hartley Pennington, 44, of Thomas, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, in Elkins.
She was born Aug. 31, 1958, in Glendale, a daughter of the late Betty Ann Hartley.
She is survived by her husband, Keith “T-bone” Pennington, at home; a daughter, Shanna Marie Pennington of Philippi; a sister, Linda Gollihue of Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Pennington had worked as a waitress.
Friends will be received at Hinkle Funeral Home in Davis today from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., the hour of service. The Rev. Michael Felton will officiate. Interment will follow in the Davis Cemetery. Hinkle Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
