Lorraine A. Thompson Tait, a native of Glady and a resident of Canton, Ohio, for many years, departed this life on Oct. 15, 2002.
She was born during 1922 at Glady, the daughter of the late Emery Thomson Sr. and Georgia Arbogast Thompson.
She was married to Alfred C. Tait, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are one stepson, Charles Tait, Texas; two brothers, Keith and Myron Thompson, both of Elkins; one sister, JoAnn Stiles, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, Morris, Hugh, Rupert, McClure, Edmund “Eddie” and Emery “June” Thompson; and one sister, Frankie Thompson.
Lorraine attended the schools of Randolph County and was a homemaker.
