Stella Agnes Teets, 81, of Meadowview Manor, Bridgeport, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2002, in United Hospital Center in Clarksburg.
She was born Dec. 7, 1920, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late C.C. “Jim” and Ada Mae Warner Teets.
Surviving are three double first cousins, Hartzel Warner, Buckhannon, Clyde Warner, Newark, Ohio, and Betty Gaunt, Buckhannon; and nine cousins, Oren Zirkle, Shinnston, Woodrow Wilson Teets, Buckhannon, Louis Teets, Clearwater, Fla., Charles Teets, Palm Harbor, Fla., Dorothy Edgell, Shinnston, Wilma Thomas, Fairmont, Mary Smith, Sistersville, June Patterson and Ada Mae Riley, both of Buckhannon.
She was an office manager for Atomic Energy Commission in Washington, D.C. She was a member of Maryland Humane Society.
Friends will be received at Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Tuesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. William C. Eskew Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Hampton Church Cemetery in Hampton.
