Georgia B. Reed, 94, of Lorentz, died Tuesday, July 23, 2002, in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon.
She was born Dec. 16, 1907, in Lorentz, a daughter of the late George W. and Ella Wilson Bauserman.
She married Louis Carl Reed, who preceded her in death on Dec. 10, 1988.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Neva Lee and Martin Jr. Snyder, Lorentz; one grandson, Terry Snyder and wife, Debbie, Bonita Springs, Fla.; and two great-granddaughters, Shawna Snyder, Lafayette, La., and Amy Lee Snyder, Bonita Springs, Fla.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Orville Bauserman.
Mrs. Reed was a homemaker. She was a Methodist by faith.
Friends will be received at Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Fred Mulneix officiating. Interment will follow in Buckhannon Memorial Park Mausoleum.
