Michael Ray Hissam, 34, of Kanawha Head, died Saturday, June 1, 2002, at his home.
He was born July 3, 1967, in Buckhannon, a son of Okey and Anna Lee West Hissam, who survive at Kanawha Head.
Also surviving are one brother, Jeffrey Todd Hissam, Eden; paternal grandmother, Arnie Light Hissam of Kanawha Head; and several aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received at Tomblyn-whitescarver Funeral Chapel Tuesday from noon until 1 p.m., the funeral hour, with the Rev. David Jessie officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Kanawha Head
