Blanche M. Stalnaker, 76, of Parkersburg, died Sunday, June 16, 2002, at her residence.
She was born in Morgan, Pa., a daughter of the late Lester F. and Stella Riley Butler.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, James Stalnaker of Concord, Calif., and Terry Stalnaker of Marlinton; two daughters, Loretta Viator of New Iberia, La., and Lorena Corona of Pacheco, Calif.; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, one brother, the Rev. Norman Butler; and three sisters, Evelyn Tenney of Mill Creek, Margaret Hohenstein of Houston, Texas, and Ida Judge of Port Orange, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nyal Stalnaker.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery in Elkins, with the Rev. Norman Butler officiating. Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg has been entrusted with the arrangements.
