Patsy “Pokey” Hollen, 44, of 28 Meadow St., Buckhannon, died Friday, March 1, 2002, in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Mrs. Hollen was born May 11, 1957, in Lewis County, a daughter of the late Roy E. and Mary Marguerite Heckert Hitt.
On June 18, 1991, she married Kevin Hollen, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jennifer Arbogast and Laure Hite, both of Buckhannon; four sisters, Sharon Perrine, Weston, Barbara Watson, Jane Lew, Elizabeth Butts, Hedgesville, and Nancy Lee, Buckhannon; three brothers, Gerald Heckert and Bradley Hitt, both of Buckhannon, and Roy Hitt, Kimberly; and two granddaughters, Carly Arbogast and McKenzie Arbogast, both of Buckhannon.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Hitt and Donald Hitt; two sisters, Linda Hitt and Margaret Ann Allman; and one grandson, Christopher Caleb Chapman.
Mrs. Hollen was a housekeeper for Holbrook Nursing Home. She was a Baptist by faith.
Friends will be received at Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Perrine officiating. Interment will follow in Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
