Starling Hull Kramer Sr., 81, of Chesterfield, Va., died Monday, Jan. 14, 2002, at the home of his daughter, Shelia Kramer Mullen.
Surviving are a son, Starling Hull Kramer Jr. and wife, Sharon Latham, Middleburg, Fla.; two daughters, Marlene Kramer, Iverness, Fla., and Sheila Kramer Mullen and husband, Thomas, Chesterfield; a brother, Earle Kramer, Staunton, Va.; two sisters, Ann Tobias, Ellicott City, Md., and Alice Houchins, Crewe, Va.; a sister-in-law, Mildred Morris, Richmond, Va.; and five grandchildren, Clayton Hull Kramer, Alanna Denise Kramer and Christopher Michael Kramer, all of Jacksonville, Fla., and Marissa Anne Mullen and Natalie Elizabeth Mullen, both of Chesterfield, Va.
Mr. Kramer was retired from the U.S. Navy with more than 30 years of service.
Funeral Arrangements: Friends will be received at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of the Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia, Va., Thursday at 2 p.m. with military honors.
