Delmas J. Cool, 54, of Hampton Road, Buckhannon, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon.
Mr. Cool was born March 9, 1947, in Webster County, a son of the late Maynard B. and Glade M. Davis Cool.
He married Hazel Long Cool, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Danny G. Hines, Mill Creek, Berneta F. Hines Gum and Michael L. Hines, both of Webster Springs, and James L. McCutchan, Buckhannon; a sister, Retha M. Taylor, Clay County; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Sherlene Hines Cool; and two brothers.
Mr. Cool was a retired truck driver.
Funeral Arrangements: Friends will be received at Tomblyn-whitescarver Funeral Home Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Curt Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Dale Cemetery in Selbyville.
