Bernice G. Ice, 82, passed away Monday, Feb. 25, 2002.
She was born Sept. 3, 1919, in Upshur County.
She worked as an LPN for Healthhaven and retired after 30 years. She was a member of the Franklin Township Women’s Democrat Club, the Eagles Auxiliary and the VFW. She enjoyed quilting, embroidery and made the best pies in the world.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William; one son, Dennis; one daughter, Judy Ann; and one son-in-law, Richard Doll.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet Doll, Nancy (Robert) Wagner and Diana (Walter) Justice; daughter-in-law, Jean McIntyre; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
