Ocie Lulu Dodrill, 92, a resident of Broaddus Long Term Care, Philippi, and a former resident of Baughman Towers, died Thursday morning, March 14, 2002, in the Long Term Care Facility, following an extended illness.
She was born May 23, 1909, at Clay, a daughter of the late Joseph Lawrence and Ella Jane Hall McGraw.
Surviving are three sons, Earl J. Dodrill, Apex, N.C., Hartsell Dodrill, Mt. Gilead, Ohio, and Donald L. Dodrill, Haines City, Fla.; one sister, Audrey Swecker, Broaddus Long Term Care, Philippi; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Dodrill was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith.
Friends may call at Stemple & Forman Funeral Home in Philippi from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, when funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Pickens Cemetery, Pickens.
