Carl V. Miller, 74, of Graham-fording Road, Neshannock Township, New Castle, Pa., died Thursday, May 2, 2002, at his home.
He was an iron worker at LTV Steel in Warren, Ohio, for 35 years.
Services were conducted May 3 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at New Castle, with Karl Lugens officiating. Arrangements were by Noga Funeral Home in New Castle.
