Deborah Debby Kay Parrack 1953-2010 Obituary
Deborah “Debby” Kay Parrack, 56, of a resident of Rescare since August 2009 entered into eternal rest late Thursday April 29, 2010 at Belington, WV surrounded by family and friends. She was born Thursday June 25, 1953 in Springville, NY a daughter of Dalton “Pee Wee” Parrack and Beth Jenkins Parrack Skinner. Deborah was of the Pentecostal faith. She was a member of New Life Tabernacle in Buckhannon, WV. She was loved by all her family, friends, nurses and staff at Rescare. She was preceded in death by one brother: David Parrack; maternal grandparents: Albert and Frances McCauley Jenkins and paternal grandparents: Ted Sterling Parrack and Bertha Yokum Parrack Hoyt and step-father: Frank Skinner. Left to cherish Deborah’s memories are her mother: Beth Jenkins Parrack Skinner of Dailey; father: Dalton “Pee Wee’ Parrack and step-mother: Dottie of Mill Creek, WV; four brothers: Steve Parrack and companion Leanne of Valley Head, WV, Randall Parrack and wife Carolyn of Valley Bend, WV, Raynard Parrack and wife Penny of Monterville, WV and Mark Parrack and wife Becky of Huttonsville, WV and one sister: Sherril Ferrell and husband Dewayne of Corbin, KY; special friends Levonda, Ashly, Lowell and Gary and many friends with the staff of Rescare. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 5, 2010 at The Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 100 Meadow Lane, Valley Bend, WV. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 5, 2010 at the funeral home chapel with the Pastor Bonnie Starkey officiating. Interment will follow in Jerusalem Cemetery on the Adolph Road in Mill Creek, WV.
