Patricia Mae Pierce, 61, entered into eternal life on Friday February 26, 2010. Patricia was born on September 15, 1948 in Detroit, MI, a daughter of the late Delanis and Betty Kerns. She is survived by one son; David Pierce of Elkins, one brother; Charles Kerns and wife Chery of Elkins, two sisters; Jo Ann Kerns and husband Gary Poling of Newport, NH and Norma Jean Mino and husband Eric of Crescent, OH. She was preceded in death by one sister; Donna Kay Reed. Patricia enjoyed working word puzzles and loved her toy poodle Gizmo. She was a noted cook and loved good people and conversation. In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, she will be cremated. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
