Joyce Ann Fultineer, age 60, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, January 4, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. She was born September 16, 1949 in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Russell and Fannie Riffle Robinson. On December 24, 1969 she married James Fultineer who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Melissa Sapp and husband Darrell of Winston Salem; one son, James “Jimmy” Fultineer, Jr. of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Sarah Sapp of Winston Salem; one grandson, Joshua Sapp of Winston Salem; three brothers, Rick Robinson, David Robinson and wife Diane and Rusty Robinson and wife Sharon all of Buckhannon and one sister, Barbara Nelson of Buckhannon. Mrs. Fultineer was a Supply System Analyst for the USPFO. She was a member of the Buckhannon Ladies of the Moose Lodge # 598, the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Auxiliary # 4357, the Hodgesville CEO’s and a Christian by faith. Friends will be received Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 4-7 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held at 6 PM by the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Auxiliary # 4357. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mona Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckhannon Memorial Park in Buckhannon. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family c/o Delmas Ware PO Box 294 Buckhannon, WV 26201.
