Dana Marlin (Rohrbough) Carr, age 44, of Fenwick, WV died Saturday, December 25, 2010 at his home. He was born February 27, 1966 in N. Miami Beach, FL, a son of Robert Madison and Sharon Godwin Carr of Buckhannon, WV. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by one daughter, Sierra Brooke Carr of Craigsville, WV; two brothers, Kenneth Carr and wife Eden of Ellenville, NY and Robert Carr of Harman, WV; two sisters, Patricia Talbott of Buckhannon and Trisha Citrone and husband Gene of Cranberry Township, PA; maternal grandparents, Rev. Dr. Charles Godwin and wife Wilda of Buckhannon; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Dana was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Madison Carr and wife Virginia. He was a coal miner. Friends will be received Thursday, December 30, 2010 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. He will lie in state Friday from 10 – 11 AM the funeral hour at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Sand Run Baptist Church Cemetery at Excelsior, WV. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
