Mary Belle McClure Foster went home to be with the Lord early morning Saturday March 5, 2011. She had been a resident of Elkins Regional Convalescent Center in Elkins, WV. She was born Thursday April 26, 1923 in Helvetia, WV , a daughter of the late Wade and Daisy Langdon McClure. Mary worked as a cook, housekeeper and health care provider. She was also a minister of the gospel. She hosted a television program, The True Word of God on the local television station in Buckhannon, WV. She last attended Good Shepherd Assembly of God at Glenmore in Elkins, WV. She had a great passion for sharing the gospel and winning souls to the Lord. She led countless numbers to the Lord on a personal basis. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She really enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two daughters: Lena Mullenax and Imogene Evans; one infant son; three sisters: Myrtle Cutright, Gracie Sanders and Nora McClure; two brothers: Fred and Coy McClure; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Left to cherish her memories are one daughter: Lesa Baldwin of Elkins, WV; four sons: Eugene and wife Eileen Foster and James and wife Roxie Foster all of Wheeling, WV, Larry and wife Judy Foster of Sandusky, OH and Roger and wife Byrd Foster of Elkins, WV; two sisters: Mae and husband Otis Warner of Cleveland, OH and Daisy Helmick of Elkins, WV; 20 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren 11 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday March 8 , 2011 at The Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday March 8, 2011 at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Roger Foster and the Rev. Weese Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Pickens Cemetery at Pickens, WV.
